LEC to Focus on Advancing People Analytics

People analytics as a discipline is evolving rapidly, driven by advancements in technology like generative AI and the growing influence of diverse disciplines such as data science, labor economics, MBAs/consultants, and so on.

The 2025 SIOP Leading Edge Consortium (LEC) will bring together the best minds from I-O psychology and other people analytics disciplines to collaboratively shape the future of people analytics.
