Pat Caputo is the Director of People Analytics and Workforce Strategy at Meta, where he leads a team that uses data to drive business decisions and help build the company’s HR and recruiting functions. With over 10 years at Meta, he’s played a key role in shaping the company’s people strategy during times of rapid growth.
As the head of People Analytics, Pat focuses on developing data-driven solutions to inform talent management decisions, from attrition and culture to engagement and total compensation. He’s also passionate about sharing his expertise with others, teaching courses on People Analytics as an Adjunct Professor at Teacher’s College, Columbia University, and previously at NYU’s Tandon School of Engineering, where he taught Leadership Development and Talent Management.
Pat holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Development from Cornell University and a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the State University of New York, University at Albany. He’s active in several professional organizations, including the American Psychological Association and Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychology.
