Craig currently leads the People Data, Analytics, & Technology organization at Chime. Prior to Chime, he built and led successful people analytics functions at companies such as Roku, Robinhood, Mastercard, Equifax, and TD Ameritrade after spending a decade in data and analytics roles within the healthcare and banking industries. Craig is the 2025 President of The Society for People Analytics and also leads the local People Analytics Meetups in St. Louis. Craig is the author of the book, The Fundamentals of People Analytics (Springer, 2023), a widely adopted resource used by practitioners and top universities. Craig is also the Co-Founder and CEO of OrgAcuity, an employee listening technology company. Craig holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and a B.S. in Management Information Systems.
