Amit is the founder and CEO of People Analytics Success, a leading global analytics advisory, coaching, and education firm based in Boston. He has built and scaled analytics teams at Apple, McKesson, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, and Wayfair.

Amit began his professional career as a labor economist at The World Bank. He then worked in global HR consulting and corporate executive roles at Goldman Sachs, IBM, Lehman Brothers, Lucent Technologies, and Willis Towers Watson. He was research director at i4cp, and is an advisory expert for the International Institute for Analytics and a Distinguished Principal Research Fellow at The Conference Board, where he launched the Intelligent Automation Council.

Amit teaches at Stanford University and will teach a new graduate course at Babson College in 2026. He taught in executive education programs at UC Berkeley and Cornell. He Amit serves on several boards, including the Society for People Analytics (where he is Education Officer), Crunchr, Watercooler, and RedThread Research’s People Analytics practice.

Amit holds a doctorate in education specializing in organizational change and leadership from the University of Southern California, an AM in economics from Brown University, and a BS in electrical engineering and an AB in economics and business from Lafayette College.
