Dr. Joe Allen and Dr. Nale Lehmann-Willenbrock, two leading experts in the science of meetings, will guide attendees through a hands-on session on how to improve meeting culture and effectiveness. Drawing from years of research and practice, our experts will explore why meetings take up so much space in the modern workplace, what makes them effective or ineffective, and what levers both leaders and attendees can pull to improve meeting effectiveness.

Through a blend of lecturettes, collaborative discussions, and interactive exercises, attendees will diagnose real-world pain points, examine their own meeting behaviors, and build a personalized action plan. The session translates research into practical strategies that business professionals can implement immediately. Attendees will be equipped with strategies and tools to drive more purposeful and productive meetings in their organization.
